ALL  READY  FOR  2012

Final preparations are being undertaken for the 21st edition of the Marengo and Union Holiday Housewalk to be held on Saturday December 1st from 9am to 5pm and Sunday December 2nd from 10am to 4pm.

The organizing committee would like to thank all the crafters that have committed to the event and especially thank those homeowners and church congregations that have opened their residences and facilities to host crafters.  It is very much appreciated and is what makes this Arts and Crafts Faire the best in the local area.

McHENRY COUNTY HISTORICAL MUSEUM

Free Holiday Open House from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at 6422 Main St., Union on Saturday, December 1st.Society Board Member Dave Harris re-creates a 1950′s living room in My Town McHenry County.  Soak up the sights and sounds of this decade and enjoy holiday music and homemade cookies.

HELP US PROMOTE THE EVENT

Help promote our 2012 event by downloading the Mini Flyer and distributing amongst friends or passing out at arts and craft fairs that you attend.  Download Mini Flyer

MARENGO-UNION FOOD PANTRY

Help us support the wonderful work that the Marengo-Union Food pantry does by bringing along a non-perishable food or toiletry item and leave in one of the donation boxes at any of the stops.  Your assistance is appreciated.

PRIZES FOR ATTENDEES

Again this year there will be valuable prizes for attendees who visit all stops.  Just have one of the crafters at each of the stops initial the form and hand in at the designated collection points.  Winners will be notified following the completion of the event.
